Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Seato.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Seato.ai for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
Reservations
When you make a reservation through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the restaurant. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality of service provided by restaurants.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
Seato.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Communications and Commercial Messages
By making a reservation through the platform, you consent — in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 (as amended by Amendment 40) — to receive messages from Seato.ai and from the restaurant at which you made the reservation, via SMS, email, and other digital channels. Such messages include, among others: operational messages related to the reservation (confirmation, reminder, change, cancellation, secure reservation link), post-visit requests for feedback or review, and commercial messages ("דבר פרסומת") regarding the services of the restaurant and the platform. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@seato.ai.
